Yippee -we won the Outstaning Customer Service Category for the second year running.
Also Highly Commended in the Best Guest Accommodation.
Coupled with our 100% scores from the mystery shopper for the White Rose Awards and last weeks Visit Britain Inspection probably tells us this is a key strength!!!!

Well the White Rose Awards didn't go our way-again.
